CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICY
If you received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you can return the item and receive a full credit for the cost of the merchandise under our return policy. To return an item:
1. Notify our Customer Care department by filling form located under detail order description in your account 5 days of delivery and provide us with the information included on form:
-Quantity you are returning
-Reason for return (wrong item, damaged, or defective item)
-If damaged or defective, describe it as well as list any missing items.
We will contact you by e-mail and notify you of the status of your return. You will be also given a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
2. Include the shipping invoice and the RMA number with the item you are returning. If you prefer replacement, please put a note inside your return and we will ship you the replacement. If you are asking for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return, and you will be notified via e-mail.
Repack the product in a way that does not cause the merchandise any damage. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed on the Return Feedback Form.
